  • HISTORIC RESTORATION

    This project consisted of a full structural gut of an existing single-family and architectural studio transformed into a mixed-use, office, and residential. The project demanded a full restoration of the historical facade on both front and back. The team also strived to maintain certain key historical architectural features to be re-used and highlighted in the architectural details of the project.

  • LABORATORY

    A Design-Build project. We built four advanced quantum computing labs featuring top-notch sound and air barrier protection, precise humidity and climate control, accessible chilled water and compressed air points, independent clean agent fire suppression systems, and HEPA air filtration.

  • RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

    This project is a full structural rebuild of a historic rectory in the North End, Boston, to supply six (6) new residential units. The entire building and structure needed to be demolished, including the roof. The core structure of the building was then rebuilt to integrate a double nested egress stair to comply with code fire-rated egress from the building. New utilities and an underground rainwater infiltration system were then installed.

  • HIGH-END RETAIL

    Salon fit out, combining two separate buildings to create six independent suites for the best hair design studios in Boston. Area salon featured a custom millwork package manufactured by Valencia; a High-end lighting package; custom built-ins, and benches; all to create a seamless contemporary space within Boston's historic back bay.
