The new Headquarters for the award-winning Century 21 Cityside office. This project consisted of a full structural gut of an existing single-family and architectural studio transformed into a mixed-use, office, and residential. The project demanded a full restoration of the historical facade on both front and back. The team also strived to maintain certain key historical architectural features to be re-used and highlighted in the architectural details of the project.

Highlights included: The installation of hydro-air central HVAC units with Lochinvar combination boilers; Individually metered water; New electrical service upgrade from 200 to 400 Amps; New gas service; New sprinkler service; and the installation of all new finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances throughout.
